Image & Photo Policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026. This policy applies to all images uploaded to Partyfiy, including vendor portfolio photos, business logos, profile pictures, rental item images, and any other visual content shared on the platform.

To ensure the best experience across all devices, please follow these technical requirements when uploading images.

Portfolio Image Limit
Up to 20 images per vendor profile
Tip: Use high-resolution, landscape-oriented images for portfolio shots and square images for logos. Compress images before uploading to reduce load times for customers browsing on mobile devices.
Content Rules
All images are subject to review. Partyfiy reserves the right to remove any image that violates these guidelines. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
Allowed Content
- Original photos of your own work, events, or products
- Licensed stock images with proper licensing rights
- Your business logo or branded graphics
- Team photos with consent from all individuals shown
- Behind-the-scenes or event setup photos you own
Prohibited Content
- Copyrighted images you do not own or have permission to use
- Offensive, explicit, or pornographic content
- Images depicting violence, hate symbols, or discrimination
- Misleading or deceptive images (e.g., stock photos claimed as your own work)
- Images containing personal information of third parties without consent
- Content that promotes illegal activities or substances
- Watermarked images from other photographers or stock agencies
Reporting violations: If you encounter an image that violates this policy, please contact us immediately. Include the vendor name, image description, and the reason for your report.
Storage & Handling
How images are stored
All uploaded images are stored securely using Partyfiy's cloud file storage. Files are processed through our upload integration, which validates file type and size before storing them at a unique, non-guessable URL.
Image access
Portfolio images, logos, and rental photos are publicly viewable on vendor profile pages so customers can browse and compare vendors. Images uploaded as part of a booking contract, payment proof, or dispute attachment are private and only accessible to the involved parties and platform administrators.
Data retention
Vendor images remain on the platform as long as the vendor account is active. When a vendor deletes an image from their portfolio or deactivates their account, the associated image files are scheduled for permanent deletion from storage.
Image rights & licensing
By uploading an image to Partyfiy, you confirm that you own the content or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions. You grant Partyfiy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the image on the platform for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our services. You retain full ownership of your images.
