Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: September 3, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you may and may not do while using Partyfiy. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, payout withholding, or permanent removal from the platform.

1. You agree to

  • Provide truthful, accurate information about yourself and, for vendors, your business and services.
  • Respect other users and communicate professionally and honestly.
  • Honour confirmed bookings and pay agreed amounts on time.
  • Keep the marketplace safe by reporting suspicious or harmful activity.

2. You must not

  • Post false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content or reviews.
  • Offer or solicit services that are illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or that infringe others’ rights.
  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any person, or share others’ private information.
  • Attempt to contact parties outside the platform to evade fees, protections, or dispute processes.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or collect data without permission.
  • Interfere with the Service, introduce malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
  • Manipulate ratings, reviews, search rankings, or pricing in bad faith.
  • Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent an affiliation.

3. Vendor-specific rules

  • Maintain valid licences, permits, and insurance where required for your services.
  • Respond to leads and bookings promptly and professionally.
  • Do not cancel confirmed bookings without legitimate cause; repeated cancellations may trigger accountability action.
  • Deliver services as described and at the agreed price.

4. Content standards

All images, descriptions, and messages must be accurate, lawful, and free of prohibited content. We may remove content that is offensive, infringing, spam, or otherwise unsuitable, and may take action against repeat offenders.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action we consider appropriate, including warnings, strikes, suspension, withholding payouts, or account removal. We may also involve law enforcement where required. Decisions are at our reasonable discretion.

6. Reporting violations

To report a violation, use the in-app dispute or contact channels. We review reports in good faith and act where warranted. Retaliation against good-faith reporters is prohibited.
