This Subscription Agreement governs paid vendor plans on Partyfiy (the “Plans”). By subscribing to a Plan, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service. “You” refers to the vendor subscribing.

1. Plans & features

Partyfiy offers subscription tiers (for example, Starter, Growth, and Enterprise) with different features, lead limits, and tools. Plan details, pricing, and included features are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice. Features are licensed, not sold.

2. Billing & renewal

• Subscriptions are billed in advance in Canadian dollars (CAD) on a monthly or yearly cycle you select.
• Plans automatically renew at the end of each cycle until you cancel.
• Payment is processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). You authorize recurring charges to your selected method.
• Taxes, where applicable, are added to charges.

3. Changes to plans & pricing

We may change plan features or pricing. Price changes take effect at your next renewal after reasonable notice. If you do not agree, you may cancel before renewal to avoid the new charge. Downgrading may reduce features at the next cycle.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. You retain access until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may cancel or suspend a subscription for material breach or fraud, with reasonable notice where appropriate.

5. Free trials & promotions

If we offer a trial or promotional period, it converts to a paid subscription at its end unless cancelled beforehand. Trials are limited to one per vendor. Promotional terms prevail where they conflict with this section.

6. Plan limits & fair use

Plans may include limits such as monthly quote requests or lead distribution. We may restrict or suspend access if limits are exceeded or if the Service is abused. Limits reset at the start of each billing cycle.

7. Termination effect

Upon termination, your paid features end and your vendor profile may revert to a limited tier. You remain responsible for fees accrued before termination and for any pending bookings.

8. No guarantee of results

A subscription provides access to tools and distribution; it does not guarantee bookings, leads, or revenue. Results depend on market conditions, your profile, pricing, and responsiveness.
